Billie Johnson taught her first class in Albany on December 6th, 2011. Her energy and enthusiasm for the material and the people was obvious. She shared insights based on experience working on significant projects for large companies. Since then, she has taught classes to several organizations in Albany, provided guidance to those seeking certification, and mentored her fellow practitioners as we navigated our way. Through her contributions, we as individuals and as a profession matured in Albany. With her recent announcement to retire, we have asked her to join us and answer questions about her journey.
