Agile delivery teams need skilled business analysts that can bridge the gap between eliciting business requirements and just-in-time elaboration and collaboration. Our Agile Business Analysis course will provide you with the techniques and tools to become an effective Business Analyst equipped to support value delivery teams. This course focuses on how to deliver business value and ensure product fit demonstrating practices that work in an agile development process. You will leave with the required tools and approaches that will enable collaboration with teams and stakeholders to identify the most important aspects and features of a product or initiative. This course qualifies for 14 PDHs/CDUs for all IIBA® certifications. This course will contribute 14 PMI® PDUs towards your chosen certification (4 Power Skills and 10 Ways of Working). The ICP-APO Certification from ICAgile is granted on the successful completion of this course.

In this introductory course, we will cover the key principles, processes and toolsets that underpin design thinking whilst working through a case study that simulates a design challenge. You will walk through a design thinking process and learn how to apply it in your own context.

The future of business analysis lies at the intersection of human creativity and technological leverage. Our AI for Business Analysis course is an immersive and interactive journey to prepare experienced BA professionals for the AI-empowered future. Through real-world exercises with leading AI agents and tools, gain first-hand experience planning initiatives, analyzing requirements and devising solutions. You will learn methods of “prompt engineering” for using generative AI agents to produce key BA artefacts, research new subject matters, evaluate work, and conduct interviews with subject matter experts. Whilst balancing AI’s power to create content with human judgment, you will discover AI dialog techniques that will enable iterative and incremental analysis and development.
