THE ARTISTIC SIDE OF THE BA

Tuesday, November 17, 2020 -
18:00 to 19:30

Tuesday, November 17, 2020
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Business analysis is a structured process, but it relies on a lot of creativity to best portray the problem and potential solution. Dave will provide a light hearted presentation on the similarities between art and business analysis. How both rely on trickery to help people to see more clearly.

DAVE NAGY
Dave is a Senior Principal Consultant with NTT Data. He has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of software development and business analysis projects. These projects have been for state agencies and private businesses, and have included a mix of new development, enhancements, data migration, and business process improvement. He continues to serve as a Business Analyst consultant for New York State.

Dave earned his CBAP in 2014. He hopes to continue working on behalf of the chapter to identify corporate sponsorships, to establish training and study groups, and help the business analyst become a more widely recognized profession in the Albany Capital District area.

In addition to the IIBA, he also belongs to the Project Management Institute (PMI), and attends their chapter meetings.
