Business Analysis Center of Excellence: A Strategic Position Within State Government

Todd Britton has been selected to present at the annual IIBA conference, Building Business Capability. He is a a long time public service employee and the Director of the Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BA COE) at the NYS Office of the State Comptroller. Todd has been responsible for establishing, supporting, and growing the COE. Additionally he helps promote the business analysis profession in the capital district and develop its practitioners.  

Todd will give an overview of what a BA COE is, followed by an exploration of the strategic values of having a BA COE and how it can bring a government agency (or any company) into the 21st century. He will then highlight the steps to establish a sustainable BA COE.
