Defining and Providing Value

While this is a perennial topic, it is especially relevant as many of us are working from home. This change may have seen new responsibilities, whether officially assigned or just expected.
We want to continue to contribute to our organizations, but how do we know what efforts are valuable, and how do we ensure the work we are completing is creating value?
Gabi will reference both the BABOK and the PMBOK as she discusses these concepts and shares how they apply to everyone. It is important to realize that this is relevant to business analysts, project managers, and every other stakeholder, even if they don’t realize it.
What you will learn:

  • Realize the importance of bringing value to your team and organization
  • Determine what value you are contributing
  • Understand how you can improve that value
