CHARLENE HUGGARD – CBAP
Charlene Huggard has been a business analyst since beginning her career with New York State in October 1992… way before it was cool.
She earned her MBA in Management Information Systems and Strategic Planning from the College of St. Rose and holds a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute for Business Analysis since 2016.
Currently, Charlene is leading a team of business analysts that support several NYS agencies and helping build out the NYS Office of Information Technology Services Managed Business Analysis Services practice.
