In the last few years, cybersecurity has moved to the top of almost every company’s agenda, and even has a dedicated IIBA certification program. Unfortunately, much of the discussion around it is very heavy on the technical detail and equally light on what a cybersecurity BA does, as opposed to other cybersecurity roles. Join Kevin Brennan to learn the basics of business case development, threat analysis, and cybersecurity risk management and how they can guide the work done by the rest of the team. KEVIN BRENNAN
Kevin Brennan is an independent consultant in product management and business architecture. He is best known for leading the creation and development of the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) and other business analysis standards.
 
He is currently completing his Master’s degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Penn State University. Kevin is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Professor at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada, where he teaches a course on Cybersecurity Analysis. He can be reached at kevin@newba.com.
