Sarah Fedigan, CCBA
Sarah is a Business Systems Analyst with State Payroll Services at the New York State Office of the State Comptroller. Her work with State Payroll has included work as both a Business Systems Analyst and an Organizational Change Management Analyst. As a Business Systems Analyst, Sarah liaises with stakeholders on various projects to improve the organization’s existing business processes and information technology systems. Her role as an Organizational Change Management Analyst included supporting re-engineering and change management activities for the New York State Payroll Improvement Project—a project to update the State Payroll ERP system.
Her education includes a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing from SUNY Oswego and an MFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Digital Publishing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to entering the business analysis field in 2016, Sarah worked as a graphic design professional, handling a wide range of creative services to produce dynamic marketing communications materials in a variety of both print and digital media for small and large initiatives.
Sarah earned her ECBA and CCBA certifications in 2019, as well as an Executive Certificate in Business Analysis from Saint Louis University. She has participated in the NYS Forum Business Analysis/Business Architecture work group since 2016 and joined the chapter in 2018.
