Vacant Board Positions - Volunteers and Nominations

The chapter currently has the following vacant positions

• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Vice President (VP) Professional Development & Programs 
• Vice President (VP) Membership
• Vice President (VP) Sponsorship
• Member-at-Large

The plan to move forward and make these positions more tenable with the work that needs to be done was to shift to a committee structure, where each of these positions would have committees to support them, especially the VP of Professional Development & Programs so that we could get back to hosting successful ABADDs.  

 

Most board positions require a few hours each month.  Volunteer hours can be used towards required CDU's to maintain IIBA certifications.  1 hour of volunteer work = 1 CDU.

Several members of the BA community have come forward to volunteer for the board.  If you are interested in volunteering on a committee with the board or as a board member please let us know ASAP.
