Occupational Burnout is a growing trend amongst working professionals that can have negative affects on employee mental health, retention, and organizational goals and productivity. In this interactive session, you will learn about the main types of burnout, what causes them, and techniques for both preventing future burnout and addressing existing challenges.
Shannon Mitchell is a professional trainer with 10+ years of combined mental health and instructional design and facilitation experience. In her current role as the Organizational Development Trainer at NYISO, she supports the expansion of key professional development programs that align with the strategic vision of her organization. She is passionate about knowledge and skill development and believes education is the key to self-empowerment both personally and professionally.
