ALBANY BUSINESS ANALYSIS DEVELOPMENT DAY 2023
The Albany Capital District IIBA Chapter is excited to host our 7th annual professional development day. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to expand your skill set, learn about the latest industry trends, and network with your colleagues. You will also be eligible to claim up to 7 professional development units (CDUs/PDUs) for attending. We are happy to be able to bring this value-packed event to the capital district!

GUIDING THROUGH CLARITY
Organizations have a desire to make improvements but are often uncertain what changes are needed and which should be prioritized. Automating a manual or outdated business process, enhancing data entry to include more values with better validation, providing better oversight and reporting, replacing obsolete technology, and the list goes on. Business analysis is the art of sorting through all of this and providing a clearer picture of what is needed, and which options provide the best gain for the investment.

This year’s ABADD will focus on topics, techniques, and skills associated with gathering, documenting, and presenting this information for projects that continue to grow, in an environment that is becoming ever more complex.

This virtual event will be held on Wednesday September 27th from 8:30 - 5 in a single-track format. Sessions will be 80 minutes to allow more time for the topic, examples, and discussion. Our keynote presentations will be 45 minutes.
