Lessons Learned from Disaster
Some changes come to us gently, others hit us over the head. Charlene Huggard will review two disasters and the resulting response/impact.
September 11, 2001. COVID. One "single event" and one event that has morphed into a long-term societal change. What do these two seemingly unrelated things have in common? They each required a disaster response in New York State.
During this presentation Charlene Huggard will share the "behind the scenes" of the response to these events from a business analyst who helped New York State recover from both, and the lessons learned from each.
